Job Description
The Senior AI Deployment Architect at Celonis is responsible for designing, deploying, and scaling innovative AI solutions for customers, collaborating with internal teams to drive AI strategy and innovation, and ensuring successful implementation of AI use cases across the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer problems and design AI solutions and automations using the Process Intelligence platform
- Prototype, develop, deploy, and scale AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including machine learning and LLM-based solutions
- Identify and package scalable AI use cases to drive innovation and expand offerings
- Collaborate with Product Engineering and Business Apps Teams to inform future product development based on customer feedback
- Train internal teams and assist in positioning and deploying AI solutions
- Design and architect end-to-end deployments encompassing AI and PI Automation
- Pitch the Celonis AI value proposition and align solutions with customer AI strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience developing AI solutions for enterprises, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful use cases solving real-world problems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in production level acceptance testing, delivering end-to-end solutions.
- Strong visionary architectural mindset to develop scalable easily extensible solutions.
- Strong technical acumen to be able to choose the right AI solution technology for the respective customer pain point.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics or related field.
- Native French language skills.
