Job Description
The Security Enablement Analyst at Celonis is responsible for managing customer security requests, communicating security practices, supporting audits, and collaborating across teams to demonstrate and enhance the company's security posture, primarily within the context of process intelligence and SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer security inquiries and support security audits and assessments
- Address technical security questions from customers to ensure security requirements are met
- Lead the completion of security questionnaires and documentation related to cloud security
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain security control materials and resources
- Build and maintain a centralized knowledge base on Information Security topics
- Contribute to internal initiatives to strengthen security culture and external security presence
- Support privacy-related initiatives and emerging GenAI security considerations
Requirements
- A university degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- A solid understanding of IT systems and a strong interest in Cloud, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity.
- Initial experience via internships or projects with Security Questionnaires, RFXs, Auditing, or IT project management.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and collaborate across internal teams.
- A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently when needed.
- Professional fluency in English at C1 level.
- Fluency in German or other European languages such as Italian, French, or Spanish is a strong plus.
