Job Description
The Industry Principal at Celonis engages with C-level executives in the Retail and Consumer Goods sectors to align Celonis capabilities with customer strategic goals, driving significant value through process optimization and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with C-level executives to align Celonis capabilities with customer strategic goals.
- Develop platform strategies for operational and financial improvements.
- Collaborate with Value Engineering teams to translate customer priorities into Celonis use cases.
- Participate in Value Assessments and communicate value opportunities to executives.
- Influence business application development and corporate growth through messaging and campaigns.
- Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance the Celonis platform.
- Develop Go-to-Market strategies and sales enablement programs.
- Drive efficiencies by leveraging Celonis EMS capabilities to optimize processes.
- Build strategic expansion roadmaps for customer adoption of Celonis EMS.
- Plan and manage project scope, expectations, and timelines across multiple projects.
Requirements
- Advanced Retail and/or Consumer Products industry expertise and a proven ability to develop a deep understanding of industry trends and strategic opportunities of the C-Suite to build an integrated roadmap for the Celonis Process Intelligence platform.
- Advanced business domain expertise in discrete manufacturing as well as strategic transformation initiatives such as Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation to build a compelling value roadmap for the customer.
- Advanced knowledge and experience following a value selling methodology alongside a customer journey, including discovery, qualification, value assessment, and Proof-of-Value (PoV) projects, to demonstrate the full value potential of Celonis Process Intelligence.
- Advanced knowledge and expertise in identifying and prioritizing use cases, implementing improvement measures, and becoming a change agent for the customer by establishing an operating model and renewing or expanding their subscription with Celonis.
- Expertise in guiding the customer’s IT team throughout their Process Intelligence journey, demonstrating hands-on the power of Celonis and accelerating value realization by building dashboards, Apps, and Action Flows.
- Ability to plan and manage project scope, expectations, and timelines, managing multiple projects across aligned accounts at different parts of the value journey.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German (fluent) and English, with experience in preparing and communicating roadmaps and results to stakeholders.
- Sales acumen with a sovereign and winning appearance.
