Job Description

The Portfolio Account Executive is responsible for driving new business acquisition and expanding revenue within enterprise accounts in Japan, primarily focusing on manufacturing industry clients, by developing pipelines, engaging with clients at all levels, and demonstrating the value of Celonis' Process Intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and collaboration with BDR team
  • Partner with other companies to acquire new logos and accelerate customer acquisition
  • Engage with all organizational levels of target companies to build relationships
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations to showcase solution value based on customer use cases
  • Understand customer needs and communicate how Celonis solutions address those needs to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, consistently achieving sales targets

Requirements

  • 法人営業経験3年以上の実務経験を有していること。
  • エンタープライズソフトウェアまたはITソリューションの営業経験があること。
  • 日本語をネイティブレベルで読み書きおよび会話ができること。
  • 英語をビジネスレベルで読み書きおよび社内コミュニケーションが可能なこと。
  • 自ら積極的に案件を創出し、アウトバウンドのパイプラインを構築・維持した実績があること。
  • 指示を待たずに自発的に行動し、イニシアチブを取れるセルフスターターであること。
  • 複数の案件やタスクに優先順位をつけて効率的に時間管理できるマルチタスク管理能力を持つこと。
  • Salesforceやその他のセールスツールを活用し、効率的な営業活動を行えるテクノロジー活用スキルを持つこと。
  • 変化の速いダイナミックな環境に柔軟に対応し、ポジティブに業務に取り組めるスピード感への適応力があること。
  • 新規ロゴ獲得と既存顧客の経常収益拡大を推進できる営業戦略と実行能力を持つこと。
  • ターゲット企業の担当者レベルから経営層(C-Level)まであらゆる階層の関係者と関係を構築できる能力。
  • パイプライン構築能力があり、自ら動いて案件を創出し、十分なパイプラインを維持できること。
  • 新規案件の開拓、リードジェネレーション、案件創出からクロージングまでのセールスサイクルを管理し、営業目標を一貫して達成できること。
