Job Description
An internship role supporting global talent acquisition and HR operations, including coordinating interviews, managing onboarding processes, and providing employee support to gain comprehensive experience in the employee lifecycle within a leading Process Intelligence company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end interview scheduling process, coordinating with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, supporting their entire journey through the hiring process.
- Support onboarding activities, including verifying work authorization, I-9 E-Verify, and background checks.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to employee records, HR documents, and maintaining the employee database.
- Provide support to new hires and active employees, addressing their questions and needs.
Requirements
- Excellent Organizational Skills: You love structure, can juggle multiple priorities, and thrive on attention to detail.
- Strong Communication: You are professional, proactive, and clear when talking to candidates and internal teams.
- Passion for People TA: You have a genuine interest in Talent Acquisition as well as HR Processes and Policies and are excited about creating an amazing experience for candidates and employees.
- This position is for immediate start.
