The role involves developing and executing a partner ecosystem strategy in the DACH market, building strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders, and driving sales and business development through co-sell, resell, and direct revenue initiatives for Celonis' process intelligence platform.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a partner strategy for the DACH market to achieve sales goals
Attract, develop, and manage relationships with senior partners including Big 4, Global SIs, and Regional SIs
Support partners in go-to-market activities such as business planning, pipeline development, and marketing
Organize and execute events to drive partner pipeline and opportunities
Drive technical and sales enablement for partners using global ecosystem resources
Align stakeholders across customers, partners, and internal sales teams in joint accounts
Requirements
Minimum 10-15 years of relevant work experience in the area of partner management, sales or business development with Big 4 firms, Global SIs or regional SIs.
Ability to excite others, attract and build strong relationships at Executive level, specifically proven at C-Level.
Ability to develop a holistic partner strategy and work on operational day-to-day tasks to execute that strategy and develop sales ambitions and partnerships.
Strong consultative sales ability and skills.
Team-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset.
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Information Systems.
Demonstrable, strong network within Consulting Big 4 and System Integrator companies.
