Job Description
The role involves developing and executing a partner ecosystem strategy in the DACH market, building strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders, and driving sales and business development through co-sell, resell, and direct revenue initiatives for Celonis' process intelligence platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a partner strategy for the DACH market to achieve sales goals
- Attract, develop, and manage relationships with senior partners including Big 4, Global SIs, and Regional SIs
- Support partners in go-to-market activities such as business planning, pipeline development, and marketing
- Organize and execute events to drive partner pipeline and opportunities
- Drive technical and sales enablement for partners using global ecosystem resources
- Align stakeholders across customers, partners, and internal sales teams in joint accounts
Requirements
- Minimum 10-15 years of relevant work experience in the area of partner management, sales or business development with Big 4 firms, Global SIs or regional SIs.
- Ability to excite others, attract and build strong relationships at Executive level, specifically proven at C-Level.
- Ability to develop a holistic partner strategy and work on operational day-to-day tasks to execute that strategy and develop sales ambitions and partnerships.
- Strong consultative sales ability and skills.
- Team-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Information Systems.
- Demonstrable, strong network within Consulting Big 4 and System Integrator companies.
