Job Description
The Partner Director will develop and execute a partner strategy for the Benelux market, focusing on building relationships with key stakeholders and expanding the partner ecosystem to achieve sales goals. This role involves collaborating with partners on go-to-market activities and driving technical and sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a holistic partner strategy for the Benelux market to achieve assigned sales goals.
- Attract and develop senior relationships with partners to expand into new strategic areas.
- Build and manage strong relationships with key senior stakeholders across the Business Development matrix.
- Pitch value proposition of Celonis partnership at all levels, especially C-Level.
- Support partners in their go-to-market activities including business planning and pipeline development.
- Organize and execute events with and for the partner community to drive pipeline and opportunities.
- Drive technical and sales enablement of partners, orchestrating relevant global ecosystem resources.
- Ensure solid alignment of all relevant stakeholders in joint accounts across all purposes and programs.
Requirements
- Minimum 10-15 years of relevant work experience in the area of partner management, sales or business development with Big 4 firms, Global SIs or regional SIs.
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Information Systems.
- Demonstrable, strong network within Consulting Big 4 and System Integrator companies.
- Strong communication skills, verbally and written in English.
- Ability to excite others, attract and build strong relationships at Executive level and proven at C-Level specifically.
- Strong consultative sales ability and skills.
- Team-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset.
