Job Description
The Partner Account Manager at Celonis will be responsible for managing partner success by driving adoption and differentiation of the Celonis Execution Management System, developing success plans, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure overall partner well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop a portfolio of partners to drive success
- Set and execute success plans and partnership goals
- Be accountable for renewal and upsell, adoption, and drive advocacy
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including C-Level
- Develop and execute an enablement plan with partners
- Set activation priorities and oversee activation of Celonis into partner service offerings
- Own the renewal forecast for partners and monitor overall well-being
- Track key health and usage indicators of partners
- Conduct regular meetings, Adoption Workshops, and Quarterly Business Reviews
Requirements
- Have 8 equivalent years of experience as a Customer Partner Success Manager within the SaaS industry OR as a Consultant ideally in IT projects, such as Change Management, etc. working with large Enterprise customers and Partners.
- Can easily understand and break down complex business processes and datasets.
- Have strong business acumen and ideally already an understanding of different industries, their processes and key KPIs.
- Are capable of building and navigating long term relationships with executives and key stakeholders.
- Are able to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with various stakeholders.
- Are passionate about making Customers Partners successful.
- Are self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire partner loyalty.
- Understanding of Business Process Outsourcing shared service functions, including contract and cost structures.
