Job Description
The role involves managing creative production and localization workflows within the marketing operations team, ensuring high-quality deliverables are completed on time and within budget, while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to optimize processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming creative, content, and localization requests and ensure complete briefs.
- Coordinate with content, design, and video teams to source master files and inputs for production and localization.
- Oversee end-to-end creative asset localization workflow, including organizing files and coordinating translation delivery.
- Ensure channel teams receive complete, accurate, and localization-ready materials for activation.
- Track project timelines, dependencies, and risks, proactively flagging potential delays.
- Guide and educate stakeholders on the translation and localization process.
- Collaborate with the Production Operations Manager to identify process improvements and support operational enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in marketing production, traffic coordination, content operations, or localization coordination, ideally in a global or multi-regional context
- Proven experience working with marketing production and creative teams to optimize workflows and resources
- Highly organized with exceptional project management capabilities
- Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, execute with attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines
- Proficiency with translation management tools and project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira) - preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solutions-driven, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
- Ability to confidently advise stakeholders on best practices for production delivery
