Job Description
This role involves managing the flow of creative and marketing assets within a global marketing team, ensuring timely delivery, prioritization, and coordination of projects across internal and external partners to support demand generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process incoming creative and asset requests through the intake and work management system.
- Ensure requests are complete, clarify missing details, and route them to appropriate teams or vendors.
- Monitor active projects, track timelines, and flag potential delays or risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and desired outcomes.
- Prioritize workload based on deadlines, campaign importance, and business priorities.
- Manage internal and external resource allocation to meet project timelines.
- Coordinate with external partners for specific needs such as design or translations.
- Maintain dashboards and reports on project capacity, turnaround times, and SLA adherence.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a traffic coordinator, production manager, or creative operations role in a global marketing team or creative agency environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end process involved in creative production and channel activation, including design creation, video production, motion design, copy writing, localization, etc.
- Familiarity with marketing workflows and the role of creative assets within marketing campaigns
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to estimate project timelines based on complexity
- Experience with project management tools such as monday.com, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms
