Job Description

The role involves leading global partner marketing strategies and operations, managing partner programs, driving demand generation, and developing high-performing teams to strengthen relationships with key partners such as GSIs and technology providers in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global partner marketing strategy and operations, including managing partner programs and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ecosystem stakeholders, marketing leadership, and partners to ensure alignment.
  • Oversee execution and optimization of partner marketing programs such as CeloConnect, Celonis Platform Apps, and Celonis for Consulting.
  • Collaborate with regional and field marketing teams to design and implement demand generation campaigns with GSIs and technology partners.
  • Guide the creation of thought leadership content, including co-branded materials, case studies, webinars, and events.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of partner marketers, fostering a culture of accountability and creativity.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics of partner marketing activities to inform continuous improvement.
  • Partner with events teams to plan and execute flagship ecosystem events and sponsor presence at major company events.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 4 years in partner marketing, preferably with GSI, technology partnerships, or SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams with a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven leadership style.
  • Strong ability to translate high-level strategies into operational plans and execute them effectively across regions and teams.
  • Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, joint go-to-market motions, and partner program design, including partner marketing frameworks such as to, with, and through partner marketing.
  • Experience marketing partner-developed apps and scaling programs to drive market demand.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, execute with attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Advanced ability to analyze performance metrics and use insights to guide decision-making.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools, and reporting platforms.
  • Fluency in English.
  • This role involves travel for partner-facing activities and internal stakeholder meetings.
