Job Description
The role involves leading a full stack engineering team to develop advanced process mining and business process intelligence applications, focusing on building scalable, user-friendly solutions that enable users to analyze and optimize their business processes using cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and grow the Knowledge Full Stack team to deliver product features
- Use technical judgment to prioritize feature development based on customer behavior and system properties
- Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to develop impactful product features
- Manage team performance and support career development of engineers
- Maintain an engineering culture of trust, ownership, and collaboration
- Contribute to building the next generation of process mining and process insights tools
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in an Engineering Manager or technical leadership position leading projects and people
- Strong technical knowledge staff engineer-level knowledge of software engineering is expected
- Experience working with technologies like Angular, Java, Postgres, and microservices
- Strong communication skills in English, allowing you to collaborate smoothly with people across multiple roles and countries
- Ability to work earlier in the day to coordinate with Europe timezones
- Knowledge of day-to-day team organization methodologies like agile
- Ability to lead and make decisions to define the road ahead
- Ability to resolve technical conflicts when necessary, fostering a positive environment for escalations

Base salary range: 175,000 - 235,000 USD
