Job Description
The role involves working with customers to identify, demonstrate, and realize business value using Celonis Process Intelligence Platform, acting as a trusted advisor to drive process improvements, platform adoption, and long-term partnerships across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate customer objectives into value assessments and proof-of-value projects
- Build business cases and demos leveraging industry benchmarks
- Conduct value assessments and communicate strategic value to C-Level executives
- Facilitate business value workshops to identify process improvement opportunities
- Manage the end-to-end customer value journey including landing, expanding, adopting, and renewing
- Develop strategic expansion roadmaps to embed Celonis platform in customer organizations
- Provide feedback to product teams for platform and app enhancements
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement and respective Software deployment.
- Ideally in a customer-facing role in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering or IT Management Consulting with a Business Software SaaS Provider or a Consultancy, or in an Inhouse role such as Center of Excellence for Data Mining Analytics Intelligence within an Enterprise.
- Good knowledge of Business Software SaaS applications such as SAP and Oracle.
- Experience with implementing RPA and/or BI Tools and/or building Dashboards, Apps and Action Flows.
- Hands-on experience with Process Mining tools and technologies is preferred.
- Hands-on SQL experience and Python experience is preferred.
- Experience in collaborating with IT teams.
- Experience in identifying business use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures, being a change agent and training users and process owners to realize value.
- Domain and industry knowledge such as Supply Chain, Finance, CPG, BFSI, Manufacturing, etc., would be a plus.
- Project management experience in planning and managing project scopes, expectations and timelines, managing multiple projects at different parts of the value journey, and leveraging partners from the Celonis Ecosystem.
- Experience in preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Experience working in the India market and with GCCs would be a big plus.
