Job Description
The role involves leading technical and consulting projects to implement Celonis Process Mining solutions, translating customer needs into data-driven insights, and driving digital transformation across various business processes using advanced analytics and automation tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead agile project teams to implement Celonis solutions and drive digital transformation for customers
- Identify customer strategic priorities and translate them into technical and business requirements
- Conduct workshops to develop high-impact Celonis use cases and solutions
- Design, develop, and implement data models, KPIs, analyses, and execution apps using Celonis platform features
- Apply process mining, machine learning, and automation techniques to analyze and optimize business processes
- Analyze data to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and recommend improvement approaches
- Quantify business value and present KPIs to management
- Manage customer expectations, project planning, and ensure timely delivery of scope
Requirements
- 8 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Solution Data Consulting or Process Improvement Excellence Consulting, within Software Vendors, Consulting firms or System integrators
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Proven experience of working on Celonis Process Mining platform
- Data models knowledge and experience
- Experience with data related languages such as SQL (required)
- Experience with programming languages such as Python (a plus)
- Strong appetite for value driven approaches including KPIs definition, business case calculations, value realization approaches and Data topics
- Knowledge of Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
- General understanding of companies' business processes and related financial metrics, with willingness to learn in this area
- Knowledge of standard ERPs such as SAP and related business processes like Order-to-Cash or Procure-to-Pay (a strong plus)
- Strong consulting skills and ability to interact with various customers
- Excellent analytical skills, well-organized, and quick learner
- Fluency in German and English (other European languages are a plus)
