Job Description
The role involves leading Celonis software implementations to help customers optimize their business processes through data analysis, process mining, and automation, while providing strategic guidance and training to ensure long-term value realization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage agile project teams to implement Celonis solutions and drive digital transformation for customers
- Conduct business workshops to translate customer strategic objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases
- Coordinate with Data Operations team to connect solutions to customer IT environments and facilitate data extraction
- Lead the implementation of Celonis projects, including data modeling, transformations, process analysis, and KPI development
- Utilize Celonis technology to identify process inefficiencies, analyze root causes, and recommend improvements
- Lead value creation workshops, define success measures, and quantify business and financial potential
- Automate tasks to enhance process efficiency and conformance, and monitor project progress and customer expectations
- Demonstrate solutions, train customer users, and establish a foundation for long-term customer success
Requirements
- 7 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Solution Data Consulting or Process Improvement Consulting, within Software Vendors, Consulting firms or System integrators
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Data models
- Knowledge of data related languages SQL required
- Knowledge of other programming languages such as Python is a plus
- Strong appetite for value driven approaches including KPIs definition, business case calculations, value realization approaches and Data topics
- Experience with Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
- General understanding of companies business processes and related financial metrics and willingness to learn in this area
- Knowledge of standard ERPs SAP and related business processes such as Order to cash, procure to pay is a strong plus
- Willingness to develop strong expertise on a solution through continuous learning
- Strong consulting skills and enjoyment in interacting with various customers
- Experience conducting business workshops and solution demonstrations
- Excellent analytical skills, well-organized, and quick learner
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program
