Job Description
The role involves leading the implementation of Celonis process mining solutions for clients, translating business needs into technical insights, and driving digital transformation through data analysis, process optimization, and customer training.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead agile project teams to accelerate digital transformation and expand Celonis internationally
- Conduct business workshops to translate customer objectives into high-impact use cases
- Coordinate with Data Operations to connect solutions to customer IT environments and handle data extractions
- Lead the implementation of Celonis solutions, including data modeling, transformations, and process analysis
- Identify process inefficiencies using Celonis technology and collaborate with customers to understand root causes
- Lead value creation workshops and define measures to improve process efficiency and KPIs
- Quantify business and financial potential, present findings to management, and automate tasks to drive value
- Manage customer expectations, project planning, and demonstrate solutions
- Train customer users and establish a foundation for long-term customer success
Requirements
- 7 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Solution Data Consulting or Process Improvement Consulting, within Software Vendors, Consulting firms or System integrators
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Data models
- Knowledge of data related languages SQL required
- Knowledge of other programming languages such as Python is a plus
- A strong appetite for value driven approaches including KPIs definition, business case calculations, value realization approaches and Data topics
- Experience with Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
- General understanding of companies' business processes and related financial metrics and willingness to learn in this area
- Knowledge of standard ERPs SAP and related business processes such as Order to cash and Procure to pay is a strong plus
- Willingness to develop strong expertise on solutions through continuous learning
- Strong consulting skills and enjoyment in interacting with various customers
- Experience conducting business workshops and solution demonstrations
- Excellent analytical skills, well-organized, and quick learner
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program
