Job Description

The Lead Community Manager India is responsible for building and expanding the regional Celonis community through online and offline engagement, creating programs and content to foster customer, partner, and academic involvement, and aligning community activities with company goals to drive customer success and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute regional online and offline community plans aligned with business goals
  • Create and facilitate regional user communities to enhance engagement and share knowledge
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure community activities support product updates and customer needs
  • Collaborate with regional partners to increase community awareness and participation
  • Support and organize regional events to promote community growth and engagement
  • Create and curate content to showcase success stories and thought leadership within the community
  • Communicate community plans, events, and results to sales and partner teams
  • Align with the global community team to share best practices and drive global initiatives

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in customer partner facing roles, digital engagement, or a related field preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling successful communities, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities, with a focus on driving growth and engagement.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills with the ability to inspire and steer cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, execute with attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Creative, innovative, and proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance the community experience.
  • Strong presentation skills and confidence in communicating with cross-functional leaders.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the region for customer-facing community events.
