Job Description

Assist in expanding and supporting the Celonis Academic Alliance by delivering lectures, managing relationships with universities, and supporting internal projects related to Process Mining and Process Intelligence, primarily in the EMEA South and LATAM regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and implementation of strategies to expand Academic Alliance activities in universities across specified regions.
  • Deliver in-person and online guest lectures on Process Mining and Process Intelligence to university students.
  • Maintain and support internal reporting using Celonis software and CRM tools.
  • Assist with team projects such as internship programs and job portals.
  • Manage and develop relationships with students, professors, and student initiatives to support Process Mining education.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of full-time availability from July/August 2025 onwards, with near full-time availability also considered.
  • Supporting the design and implementation of strategies to scale up and deepen Academic Alliance activities in universities in Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, and Latin America.
  • Supporting EMEA South team with delivery of in-person and online Guest Lectures on Process Mining and Process Intelligence to university students.
  • Maintaining and supporting internal reporting via Celonis software and CRM tools, utilizing technical skills.
  • Supporting various team projects such as Celonis Global Internship Program or Process Mining Job Portal.
  • Actively managing existing relationships and developing new alliances and campaigns to students in the South EMEA region and Latin America.
  • Staying in constant exchange with students, professors, and student initiatives, and supporting Process Mining and Process Intelligence classes at university end-to-end.
  • Acquiring an in-depth understanding of the Celonis software.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish (non-negotiable).
  • Being a BSc or MSc student in a technical field such as industrial engineering, informatics, data science, or similar, or in a business administration degree.
  • Eagerness to become an expert in Celonis software.
  • Strong communicative and presentation skills, demonstrated through extracurricular work or previous engagements.
  • Ability to work self-responsibly and in a structured manner.
