Job Description
The role involves developing tools, methods, and frameworks to support Celonis's strategic goals, analyzing business metrics for insights, and promoting best practices in value-selling and realization to drive customer success and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new tools, methods, and frameworks supporting Celonis strategic objectives
- Analyze key business metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Surface, formalize, and roll out pre-sales, value-selling, and value-realization best practices globally
- Conduct ROI analysis and develop business cases for implementing Celonis solutions
- Identify next best actions and suggest new approaches to enhance value delivery
- Act as an interface between GTM functions, product engineering, and other teams to source best practices and identify gaps
Requirements
- Student of business administration, communication science, psychology, economics, industrial engineering, business informatics, or of a comparable program
- Strong communication skills and interest in interacting with customers
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge in SQL and Python or related database query languages
- Business and process acumen paired with financial literacy
- Availability from April, 2026 for a minimum of 5 months full-time
