Job Description
This internship involves supporting the management and execution of strategic programs across various departments at Celonis, focusing on data-driven decision making, stakeholder coordination, and project management to help implement executive decisions and drive business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and oversee the execution of strategic programs across multiple organizational streams.
- Design and conceptualize strategic programs using data analysis.
- Coordinate and guide involved parties to ensure program success.
- Take ownership of specific program streams and ensure their successful delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks to facilitate smooth program implementation.
- Report on program progress and outcomes to executive management.
Requirements
- Student of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Technology Management, Economics or of a comparable program
- Ability to act autonomously in high ambiguity situations
- Stakeholder management skills
- Project management skills
- Financial modeling skills in Google Sheets
- Confidence to present to C-level executives and larger audiences
- Experience in consulting
- Highly interested in data analytics
