This role involves supporting the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and HR inquiries, within a fast-growing tech company, providing hands-on experience in HR operations and process improvement in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the onboarding process for new employees, including coordination with stakeholders and ensuring a smooth experience
Assist with global onboarding and offboarding procedures, including documentation and data updates
Support visa and relocation processes for new hires
Act as a first-level contact for employee inquiries related to HR and People Operations
Maintain and update employee data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Support interns and working students throughout their employee lifecycle
Contribute to process improvement and compliance initiatives within HR operations
Requirements
Student of business administration, economics, psychology or of a comparable program, ideally with a focus on Human Resources at least in your third semester
At least 6 months of availability
Strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with employees
Engaged, reliable and have a great perception of details and work extremely service-oriented
Knowledge in Human Resources
Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
