Job Description
This role involves supporting the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and HR inquiries, within a fast-growing tech company, providing hands-on experience in HR operations and process improvement in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including coordination with stakeholders and ensuring a smooth experience
- Assist with global onboarding and offboarding procedures, including documentation and data updates
- Support visa and relocation processes for new hires
- Act as a first-level contact for employee inquiries related to HR and People Operations
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Support interns and working students throughout their employee lifecycle
- Contribute to process improvement and compliance initiatives within HR operations
Requirements
- Student of business administration, economics, psychology or of a comparable program, ideally with a focus on Human Resources at least in your third semester
- At least 6 months of availability
- Strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with employees
- Engaged, reliable and have a great perception of details and work extremely service-oriented
- Knowledge in Human Resources
- Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
