The Strategy Operations Intern at Celonis supports sales and business analytics by building dashboards, optimizing sales systems, and contributing to strategic projects to drive sales performance and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Build sales dashboards in collaboration with the Analytics team
Identify bottlenecks and optimize sales system performance
Report on operational KPIs to support sales growth
Collaborate on strategic projects and annual planning initiatives
Design, implement, and execute sales tools analytics
Identify gaps and improvement opportunities based on sales analytics
Act as a liaison to prioritize and iterate on sales initiatives with Analytics and CRM teams
Manage internal communications for projects
Deliver business insights and recommendations to sales leadership
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a focus in business, management, or computer science (CS) information.
Excellent business modeling skills with high attention to detail and sense of urgency.
Strong relationship building and presentation skills.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to develop outcome-driven solutions.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, and work efficiently and independently in a high-volume, fast-paced, rapidly changing, and results-oriented environment.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Experience with SQL and/or Business Intelligence (BI) tools is a plus.
