Job Description
Support the business development team at Celonis by conducting prospect research, executing outreach activities such as cold calling and emailing, and helping to generate sales opportunities to drive company growth.
Responsibilities
- •Support and collaborate with the Business Development team on prospecting and contact creation through cold calling, emailing, and social strategies.
- •Execute data quality initiatives and participate in training and marketing activities.
- •Present progress and sales results to sales leaders to drive growth.
- •Prospect into strategic business accounts to generate leads and opportunities.
- •Set up qualified meetings for the field sales team to drive sales growth and pipeline development.
Requirements
- •Proficiency in Excel and interest to work with different IT tools
- •Native or equivalent proficiency in Spanish
- •Fluency in English is a must
- •At least 6 months of full-time availability, starting in August or September 2025
- •Ability to listen very well, be an excellent communicator and feel comfortable as an interface between different departments and all levels of management
- •Think analytically, work in a structured manner and quickly comprehend new topics and complex interrelationships to also present and explain them to various stakeholders
- •Have an eye for detail as well as exceptional organizational and planning skills within a fast-paced sales environment
- •Support and work alongside an international team of Business Development Managers and Account Executives on mapping, searching, and contact creation through cold calling for potential customers
- •Complete data quality initiatives
- •Execute on assigned training and marketing activities
- •Present and report progress to Sales leaders to ensure and produce growth results
- •Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold call, email, and social strategies
- •Drive sales growth and pipeline through setting up qualified meetings for the field sales team
- •Student of Business Administration or a comparable program
- •Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
