Job Description
Support the business development team at Celonis by conducting prospect research, cold calling, and setting up qualified meetings to drive sales growth and expand the company's customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and collaborate with the Business Development team on prospecting and contact creation activities.
- Execute data quality initiatives and participate in training and marketing activities.
- Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold calling, emailing, and social strategies.
- Drive sales growth by setting up qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Present and report progress to sales leaders to ensure growth results.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of full-time availability, starting in July or August 2025
- Student of Business Administration or a comparable program
- Ability to listen very well, be an excellent communicator and feel comfortable as an interface between different departments and all levels of management
- Ability to work in a structured manner, think analytically, and quickly comprehend new topics and complex interrelationships to present and explain them to various stakeholders
- Attention to detail as well as exceptional organizational and planning skills within a fast-paced sales environment
- Proficiency in Excel and interest to work with different IT tools
- Native or equivalent proficiency in English
- Other European languages are a plus (but not mandatory)
