Job Description
Support the expansion and engagement of the academic community by delivering lectures, managing relationships with universities, and promoting Process Mining and Process Intelligence education to students in North America, while gaining experience in strategic planning and technical support.
Responsibilities
- •Support the design and implementation of strategies to expand and deepen Academic Alliance activities in universities in the US and Canada
- •Deliver in-person and online guest lectures on Process Mining and Process Intelligence to university students
- •Maintain and support internal reporting using Celonis software and CRM tools
- •Assist with team projects such as the Celonis Global Internship Program and Process Mining Job Portal
- •Manage existing relationships and develop new alliances and campaigns targeting students in North America
- •Engage with students, professors, and student initiatives to support Process Mining and Process Intelligence classes
- •Acquire in-depth understanding of the Celonis software
Requirements
- •At least 3 months of full-time availability from July 2025 onwards.
- •Fluency in written and spoken English (non-negotiable).
- •Being a BSc or MSc student in a technical field such as industrial engineering, informatics, data science, or a similar field, or in a business administration degree.
- •Eagerness to become an expert in Celonis software.
- •Strong communicative and presentation skills, demonstrated through extracurricular work or previous engagements.
- •Ability to take the lead, work self-responsibly, and maintain a structured approach.
