Job Description
The Industry Principal at Celonis engages with C-level executives in the Retail and Consumer Goods sectors to align Celonis' capabilities with customer strategic goals, driving significant value through process optimization and transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- •Engage with C-level executives to align Celonis capabilities with customer strategic goals.
- •Develop a platform strategy for improvements in operational and financial areas.
- •Collaborate with Value Engineering teams to translate customer priorities into Celonis use cases.
- •Participate in Value Assessments and communicate value opportunities to executives.
- •Influence business application development and provide feedback to product teams.
- •Develop Go-to-Market strategies and sales enablement programs.
- •Drive efficiencies by optimizing end-to-end processes using Celonis EMS.
- •Build a strategic expansion roadmap for customer adoption of Celonis EMS.
- •Manage project scope, expectations, and timelines across multiple accounts.
- •Prepare and communicate roadmaps and results to stakeholders.
Requirements
- •You have advanced Retail and/or Consumer Products industry expertise and a proven ability to develop a deep understanding of industry trends and strategic opportunities of the C-Suite to build an integrated roadmap for the Celonis Process Intelligence platform.
- •Leverage your advanced business domain expertise in discrete manufacturing as well as strategic transformation initiatives (e.g., Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation) to build a compelling value roadmap for the customer.
- •You have advanced knowledge and experience following a value selling methodology alongside a customer journey, including discovery, qualification, value assessment, and PoV's, to demonstrate the full value potential of Celonis Process Intelligence.
- •You have advanced knowledge and expertise in identifying and prioritizing use cases, implementing improvement measures, and becoming a change agent for the customer by establishing an operating model and renewing expanding their subscription with Celonis.
- •You are an expert in guiding the customer’s IT team throughout their Process Intelligence journey, demonstrating hands-on the power of Celonis and accelerating value realization by building dashboards, Apps, Action Flows.
- •You can plan and manage project scope, expectations, and timelines. You manage multiple projects across your aligned accounts at different parts of the value journey.
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills in German (fluent) and English. Experienced in preparing and communicating roadmaps and results to stakeholders.
