Job Description

The Head of Celonis Garage will lead a newly established team focused on accelerating innovation projects and scaling Market Intelligence efforts, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with the company's strategic goals while fostering a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

  • •Establish and grow the Celonis Garage team in Bangalore.
  • •Ensure operational efficiency and alignment with the broader strategy.
  • •Foster a collaborative culture and enable team curiosity.
  • •Deliver fast-paced PoCs, prototypes, and business solution implementations.
  • •Manage team performance and support career development.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with key teams on goals and strategies.
  • •Provide updates and feedback on the unit's performance to senior leadership.
  • •Promote team collaboration and quickly resolve impediments.
  • •Define and divide responsibilities among team members.

Requirements

  • •Overall experience of 10-15 years of experience as Product Lead, Engineering Manager or General Manager in a global company, with at least 5 years of experience in managing teams.
  • •Track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
  • •Demonstrated previous success of leading and mentoring teams within a global organization, closely aligning with remote team parts.
  • •Proficiency in project management, relationship building, and stakeholder management.
  • •Strong understanding of at least one of the Business Domains that Celonis operates in: Order Management, Procurement, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable.
  • •Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Ability to resolve conflicts, providing a positive environment for escalations.
  • •Strong communication skills, allowing you to collaborate smoothly with people across the business and technical domains.
