Job Description
The Head of Celonis Garage will lead a newly established team focused on accelerating innovation projects and scaling Market Intelligence efforts, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with the company's strategic goals while fostering a collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and grow the Celonis Garage team in Bangalore.
- Ensure operational efficiency and alignment with the broader strategy.
- Foster a collaborative culture and enable team curiosity.
- Deliver fast-paced PoCs, prototypes, and business solution implementations.
- Manage team performance and support career development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with key teams on goals and strategies.
- Provide updates and feedback on the unit's performance to senior leadership.
- Promote team collaboration and quickly resolve impediments.
- Define and divide responsibilities among team members.
Requirements
- Overall experience of 10-15 years of experience as Product Lead, Engineering Manager or General Manager in a global company, with at least 5 years of experience in managing teams.
- Track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
- Demonstrated previous success of leading and mentoring teams within a global organization, closely aligning with remote team parts.
- Proficiency in project management, relationship building, and stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of at least one of the Business Domains that Celonis operates in: Order Management, Procurement, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable.
- Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to resolve conflicts, providing a positive environment for escalations.
- Strong communication skills, allowing you to collaborate smoothly with people across the business and technical domains.
