Job Description
An Executive Programs Intern supports the planning and execution of high-level engagements with C-suite executives, gaining experience in event coordination, stakeholder management, and strategic customer marketing within a leading Process Intelligence company.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of executive engagements such as briefings, on-site visits, and roundtables
- Coordinate event logistics including guest communication, scheduling, content preparation, and follow-up activities
- Maintain and update executive contact databases for accuracy and usability
- Assist in developing tailored agendas, presentations, and materials for C-level audiences
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to ensure seamless program execution
- Prepare reports and summaries to measure program impact and engagement outcomes
- Conduct research on industry trends, accounts, and executives to support program personalization
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal
- A proactive mindset with curiosity and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace
- Experience with Salesforce or project management tools is a plus
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated to deliver high-quality work
