Job Description
The role involves leading a full-stack engineering team to develop scalable, high-impact process mining applications using technologies like Angular, Java, and Postgres, with a focus on enhancing business process insights and user experiences within a fast-growing SaaS company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Knowledge full stack team to deliver impactful product features.
- Determine the best development paths based on customer behavior and technical trade-offs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure successful feature delivery.
- Manage team performance and support engineers' career development.
- Build and maintain an engineering culture of trust, ownership, and collaboration.
- Contribute to the development of the next generation of process mining technology.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in an Engineering Manager or technical leadership position leading projects and people
- Strong technical knowledge staff engineer-level knowledge of software engineering is expected
- Experience working with technologies like Angular, Java, Postgres, and microservices
- Strong communication skills in English, allowing you to collaborate smoothly with people across multiple roles and countries
- Ability to work earlier in the day to coordinate with Europe timezones
- Knowledge of day-to-day team organization methodologies like agile
- Ability to lead and make decisions to define the road ahead
- Ability to resolve technical conflicts when necessary, fostering a positive environment for escalations
- Ready to roll up your sleeves to help your team

Base salary range: $255,000 - $300,000 USD
