• 7-12 years of relevant work experience in the area of strategy consulting, ideally paired with first exposure to software sales, business development and/or partner management
• Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of driving commercial outcomes
• Deep understanding of the inner workings of strategy consulting firms: their business model, incentive structures, value propositions, and how they drive enterprise transformation
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, as well as executive presence
• Proven track record of guiding senior consulting partners and C-level client executives
• A strong network within the North American strategy consulting ecosystem
• Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to excite others and build strong relationships
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong self-motivation and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel (10-20%)
The base salary range below is for the role in the specified location, based on a Full Time Schedule. Total compensation package will include base salary + bonus/commission + equity + benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, and paid time off).
