Job Description
The role involves serving as a strategic advisor to drive enterprise transformation and customer value realization through process intelligence, AI, and industry-specific strategies, working closely with executive teams and cross-functional partners to ensure successful customer engagements and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Customer Engagement Model and industry-specific transformation blueprints.
- Drive adoption of Celonis Strategy Value Framework and facilitate enterprise value-driven roadmaps.
- Lead and oversee the setup and execution of Centers of Excellence within key customer accounts.
- Establish and manage Continuous Improvement Processes using Celonis Control Towers and KPI dashboards.
- Act as account sponsor in strategic customer engagements for enterprise transformation delivery.
- Manage and lead the EMEA EBC staff team to align with executive goals and customer outcomes.
- Support client teams through Quarterly Business Reviews to ensure alignment with customer success and growth plans.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-Suite executives and stakeholders across functions.
- Support industry portfolio P&L management and develop methodologies, playbooks, and enablement for account teams.
- Participate in industry forums, councils, and programs to drive customer satisfaction, reduce churn, and grow revenue.
Requirements
- 10 years of enterprise transformation experience in leadership roles, preferably in corporations, consulting, strategy execution, and/or enterprise SaaS.
- Deep understanding of industry-specific operations and value chains such as Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), Hire to Retire (H2R).
- Proven track record of working with senior C-Suite executives and building relationships with them.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in complex transformation programs.
- Strong familiarity with Celonis, Process Mining, Execution Management, and value engineering concepts.
- Excellent strategic thinking, executive presence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Effective stage presence and facilitation skills for engaging C-Suite audiences.
