Job Description
A Consultant in the Celonis delivery organization is responsible for implementing process mining solutions, developing data-driven insights, and leveraging AI and automation technologies to optimize customer processes and drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Celonis implementation projects to address customer pain points and ensure optimal solutions
- Design innovative analyses and operational apps, integrating Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
- Use Celonis technology to identify process inefficiencies and analyze root causes in collaboration with customers
- Conduct value workshops to develop business cases and align measures for process improvement
- Quantify business and financial potential and present findings to management
- Implement Process Automation technology to accelerate processes, drive value, and improve conformance
- Establish KPIs to measure customer success and enable continuous process improvement
- Lay the foundation for long-term customer success and value realization
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area
- Knowledge of data related languages SQL required
- Other programming languages such as Python are a plus
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program
- Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and known for being a quick learner
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Ability to interact with various customers to understand and interpret business processes
- Ability to design innovative analyses and operational apps, and enrich them with Machine Learning algorithms or Artificial Intelligence
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and understand root causes using Celonis technology
- Ability to implement value workshops to develop business cases and align measures to improve process inefficiencies
- Ability to quantify business and financial potential and present findings to management
- Ability to implement Process Automation technology to speed up processes, drive value, and improve process conformance rate
- Ability to adopt and implement relevant KPIs to measure customer success
- Ability to enable customers to continuously improve processes
- Ability to set the foundation for long-term customer success and value realization
