We are looking for a Client Value Partner, Utilities & Energy—a seasoned industry executive who can bridge the gap between energy transition strategy and operational excellence. You will act as the primary accountable lead for one of America's largest strategic energy companies, translating C-level vision into clear, realized value.
As a Client Value Partner, you are a "go-to" strategic advisor within our Energy go-to-market organization. You will move beyond standard customer success to link Celonis capabilities to key outcomes specific to Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution, and Renewable Energy assets.
You will work in partnership with the Celonis Sales Teams and have full responsibility for the end-to-end value journey of our top-tier customers. You are our customers’ trusted advisor, helping them mobilize resources, achieve their strategic goals, and realize significant value using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
In collaboration with our partners, Product, and Engineering teams, you will drive measurable business impact across complex, decentralized operating environments. You will blend deep utility expertise with a proven strategy consulting skill set to spearhead data-driven transformation at the forefront of one of the fastest-growing tech companies worldwide.
• Deep Industry Experience: 15+ years of relevant experience, ideally combining time at a top-tier Utility, Energy Conglomerate, or Renewables developer with Strategy Consulting. You understand the complexities of regulated vs. unregulated markets.
• Domain Expertise: You possess granular knowledge of the value chain, specifically in areas such as Asset Lifecycle Management, Capital Project Controls, Supply Chain, and Customer Operations (CIS).
• Value Realization Skills: You have a track record of driving large-scale transformation programs. You understand how to impact the P&L through capital efficiency, outage reduction, and working capital optimization.
• Technical Fluency: You understand the modern utility stack (SAP IS-U, Maximo, Oracle Primavera) and how to translate Celonis use cases into the customer's specific business landscape.
• Stakeholder Management: Extensive experience presenting to and influencing C-Level executives (COO, CFO, CIO). You can navigate complex holding company structures and have the power of persuasion through data, facts, and confidence.
• Builder Mentality: You are comfortable working with ambiguity and possess an entrepreneurial leadership style that inspires teams.
• Degree: MBA strongly preferred; Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field required.
