Job Description
The role involves leading customer success and strategic transformation initiatives within the Retail CPG industry by managing executive relationships, driving value realization, and fostering innovation to maximize business impact with Celonis' Process Intelligence platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage customer success initiatives for strategic clients in Retail CPG industry
- Engage with C-Level executives to define long-term business transformation strategies using Celonis
- Drive measurable business impact by ensuring platform adoption and value realization
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to support customer engagements and resource allocation
- Mentor and coach team members and customer organizations to increase platform adoption
- Manage customer escalations and align delivery with customer strategy and targets
- Organize and lead customer advisory boards to gather insights and promote innovation
- Act as the voice of the customer within the company to influence product development and service offerings
- Represent Celonis at industry events and contribute to thought leadership and community building
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience within the Retail CPG industry.
- Strong experience in driving large scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations.
- Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus.
- Deep exposure to and experience with successful change management practices.
- Ability to navigate large global organizations and have the power of persuasion through data, facts, and confidence.
- Knowledge of how to successfully work with internal resources to design, pitch, and sell opportunities with relevant subject matter experts and practice leads.
- Possess a natural and consultative approach when engaging with senior executives.
- Strong team player who inspires the team with a patient and entrepreneurial leadership style.
- Project management ability to organize and manage multiple streams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate Celonis use cases into customer business landscape.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with various stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to meet with customer stakeholder needs.
