Job Description
The Business Development Representative at Celonis is responsible for identifying and creating new enterprise business opportunities, driving sales growth, and setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
- •Identify, develop, and create new enterprise business opportunities
- •Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold call, email, and social strategies
- •Drive sales growth and pipeline by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives
- •Maintain and organize an annual book of business
- •Act as a subject matter expert and evangelist of the Celonis Execution Management System
- •Produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts
Requirements
- •A BA/BS from a top university or equivalent preferred.
- •0-2 years of experience in sales or business development in a SaaS organization.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- •High energy and positive attitude.
- •Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- •Ability to take initiative.
- •Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- •A self-starter who is dedicated, hungry, and driven to succeed.
