Job Description
The role involves working as a Value Engineer within Celonis' Process Mining technology team, collaborating with customers to identify business challenges, develop AI-driven solutions, and demonstrate the value of Celonis' platform to drive business improvements and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- •Collaborate with customers to identify business challenges and demonstrate how Celonis Process Intelligence can address them
- •Design, prototype, and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including machine learning and LLM-based solutions
- •Execute proof projects to showcase the value of Celonis Process Intelligence aligned with customer strategies
- •Build and present business cases and value propositions to senior executives to drive investment decisions
- •Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted advisor through technical and business expertise
- •Share customer insights and feedback with internal teams to influence product innovation
- •Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools within the Global VE Center of Excellence
- •Travel to the Nordics region to meet clients in person and support customer engagements
Requirements
- •A bachelor's and/or master's degree level in the field of Technology Management, Industrial Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics or a comparable degree program, as well as work internship experience.
- •Ability to think analytically and creatively, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- •Willingness to travel to the Nordics region to meet clients in person.
- •Fluency in English and in Finnish, Danish or Swedish.
- •Effective communication skills suitable for presenting to C-level executives and larger audiences.
- •Passion for technology, data, OpenAI, and LLMs, and understanding of their impact.
- •Curiosity, self-motivation, and enjoyment of continuous learning.
- •Ability to build relationships with senior management and influence decision-makers.
- •Willingness to participate in a 12-month graduate program that includes onboarding, hands-on customer engagement, and training in Celonis Process Intelligence, domain knowledge, presentation demo skills, discovery objection handling, and value selling.
- •Experience or exposure to process mining principles and completion of Celonis Rising Star modules is a welcome indicator of eagerness to develop in this field.
- •Ability to prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including traditional machine learning and LLM-based solutions.
- •Ability to execute proof projects showcasing the value of Celonis Process Intelligence in the context of customer strategy, business initiatives, and challenges.
- •Ability to collaborate with customers and partners to design and build solutions that drive value realization and ensure a positive return on investment.
- •Strong relationship-building skills to act as a trusted advisor through technical, product, and business expertise.
- •Ability to create re-usable collateral, best practices, and tools within the Global VE Center of Excellence and share feedback with regional teams.
