Job Description
The role involves working as a Value Engineer to collaborate with customers, uncover their business challenges, and develop AI-driven solutions using Celonis Process Intelligence to deliver measurable value and support sales efforts in a fast-paced, international environment.
Responsibilities
- •Collaborate with customers and partners to identify business challenges and demonstrate how Celonis Process Intelligence can address them
- •Present and communicate the value proposition of Celonis AI solutions to customers and senior executives
- •Prototype and develop AI solutions, including machine learning and LLM-based models, tailored to customer needs
- •Execute proof projects to showcase the value of Celonis Process Intelligence within customer strategies and initiatives
- •Design and build solutions in Celonis Process Intelligence to drive value realization and ROI for customers
- •Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through technical, product, and business expertise
- •Share customer insights and feedback with internal teams to influence product development and innovation
Requirements
- •A bachelor's and/or master's degree in the field of Technology Management, Industrial Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program.
- •Work internship experience in relevant fields.
- •Ability to think analytically and creatively, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- •Ability to build relationships with senior management and influence decision-makers.
- •Confidence to present to C-level executives and larger audiences.
- •Effective communication skills and fluency in English and German.
- •Passion for technology, data, OpenAI, and LLMs and the impact they can have on the world.
- •Curiosity, self-motivation, and enjoyment of continuous learning.
- •Ability to solve problems, think outside the box, and learn from mistakes.
- •Interest or experience in SQL and Python is a plus.
- •Exposure to process mining principles and completion of Celonis Rising Star modules is a welcome indicator of eagerness to develop in this field.
