Job Description
The role involves joining the Galaxy Graduate Program as an Associate Technology Consultant, where you will gain hands-on experience in deploying data analytics, machine learning, and process mining solutions for customers, while developing technical and customer engagement skills within the enterprise software industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy high-value use cases utilizing data analytics, data science, machine learning, and GenAI
- Perform complex data transformations with SQL and Python to optimize data for analysis
- Implement and configure the Celonis platform for customers
- Communicate and collaborate directly with end customers to gather requirements and showcase deliverables
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop operational solutions and build KPIs
- Develop Python scripts using Machine Learning Workbench to process and transmit data to the platform
Requirements
- A degree in the field of Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program.
- 0-2 years of experience in the fields of IT-Consulting, Data Science, or a similar area in the form of an internship or entry-level position.
- Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, LLMs, and Process Mining, with a desire to continuously improve in these areas.
- Enjoy interacting with various customers and understanding and interpreting business processes.
- Analytical skills and basic knowledge of SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, or Matlab.
- Comfortable with steep learning curves and able to work through challenging problems by applying critical thinking and resourcefulness.
- Fluency in English.

- Ability to perform complex data transformations with SQL and Python to optimize data for analysis.
- Ability to complete practical assignments across a variety of customer projects.
- Ability to implement and configure the Celonis platform for customers.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate directly with the end customer to gather requirements and showcase deliverables.
- Ability to collaborate with consultants and internal stakeholders to develop value-driven operational solutions.
- Ability to build out critical KPIs and integrate them into customer solutions.
- Ability to develop Python scripts utilizing the Machine Learning Workbench (MLWB) to efficiently consume, transform, and transmit data to the Celonis platform.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes as part of the structured Galaxy Graduate Program.
