Job Description

The role involves identifying and developing new enterprise business opportunities within the Nordic market through prospecting, outreach, and relationship-building, supporting the growth of Celonis' Process Mining platform and driving sales pipeline for Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and create new enterprise business opportunities in specific territories.
  • Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold call, email, and social strategies.
  • Drive sales growth and pipeline by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain and organize an annual book of business.
  • Become a subject matter expert and evangelist of the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
  • Develop creative strategies to target decision-makers and book sales appointments.

Requirements

  • A BA or BS degree from a top university or equivalent experience in business development, sales, or a related field, including full-time work or relevant internships.
  • Experience in business development, sales, or a related field, demonstrating the ability to prospect into strategic business accounts via cold call, email, and social strategies.
  • Ability to drive sales growth and pipeline by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Ability to maintain and organize an annual book of business.
  • Ability to produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts to book sales appointments and influence company revenue.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Able to take initiative and be a self-starter who is dedicated, hungry, and driven to succeed.
  • Native or equivalent level proficiency in Spanish and business conversational level in English.
  • Other European languages are a plus, but not mandatory.
