Job Description
The role involves working as an Associate Value Engineer at Celonis, focusing on customer engagements, developing AI-driven process mining solutions, and demonstrating the value of Celonis technology to clients, primarily in the Japanese market. It offers a 12-month program to develop technical and business skills, with opportunities for career growth in enterprise software and process intelligence.
Responsibilities
- •Collaborate with customers and partners to identify business challenges and demonstrate how Celonis Process Intelligence can address them
- •Present and pitch Celonis AI value proposition and solutions to customers, including senior executives
- •Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including machine learning and LLM-based solutions
- •Execute proof of concept projects to showcase the value of Celonis Process Intelligence
- •Design and build solutions within Celonis Process Intelligence to drive value realization and ROI
- •Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor through technical and business expertise
- •Share customer insights and feedback with internal product and engineering teams to influence product development
Requirements
- •Be a Japanese citizen or visa holder, fluent in Japanese, willing to stay in Madrid for 12 months before having the view to relocate to Tokyo.
- •Have a degree in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Information-oriented Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program, along with work internship experience.
- •Be curious, self-motivated, enjoy continuous learning, and willing to work in a high-growth, lively environment.
- •Have familiarity with Japanese business culture and customer expectations.
- •Have a passion for technology, data, OpenAI, and LLMs, and understand their impact on the world.
- •Possess hands-on experience or knowledge in SQL and Python is a plus.
- •Have any exposure to process mining principles and completed Celonis Rising Star modules, indicating eagerness to develop in this field.
- •Be able to think analytically and creatively, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- •Be focused on creating and adding value for customers.
- •Have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and execute tasks effectively.
- •Be able to build relationships with senior management and influence decision-makers.
- •Be confident in presenting to C-level executives and larger audiences.
- •Be an effective communicator and fluent in both English and Japanese.
