Job Description

The role involves managing and expanding relationships with energy utilities clients in Germany and Austria, driving AI-enabled process intelligence sales, and collaborating cross-functionally to meet revenue targets through strategic, consultative sales approaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand relationships with existing customers in the Energy Utilities sector.
  • Drive sales motions across the enterprise value chain focusing on industry-specific use cases.
  • Translate customer challenges into AI-enabled use cases to demonstrate measurable value.
  • Achieve revenue targets by closing six- to seven-figure deals within accounts.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams and external partners to orchestrate complex sales cycles.

Requirements

  • Six (6) years of relevant experience, ideally spanning both Management Consulting and SaaS sales, or a proven track record of success and career progression in either domain
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders and engage effectively at the C-level (e.g., CFO, CPO, COO)
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of processes and KPIs within the Utilities industry
  • Solid understanding of the Energy Utilities sector
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in German (fluent) and English
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, ever-changing, high-growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset
  • Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, to embrace diversity, and possess strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to leverage internal resources and work as a team
