Job Description
The role involves managing and expanding relationships with energy utilities clients in Germany and Austria, driving AI-enabled process intelligence sales, and collaborating cross-functionally to meet revenue targets through strategic, consultative sales approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand relationships with existing customers in the Energy Utilities sector.
- Drive sales motions across the enterprise value chain focusing on industry-specific use cases.
- Translate customer challenges into AI-enabled use cases to demonstrate measurable value.
- Achieve revenue targets by closing six- to seven-figure deals within accounts.
- Engage with cross-functional teams and external partners to orchestrate complex sales cycles.
Requirements
- Six (6) years of relevant experience, ideally spanning both Management Consulting and SaaS sales, or a proven track record of success and career progression in either domain
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders and engage effectively at the C-level (e.g., CFO, CPO, COO)
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of processes and KPIs within the Utilities industry
- Solid understanding of the Energy Utilities sector
- Strong communication and presentation skills in German (fluent) and English
- Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, ever-changing, high-growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset
- Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, to embrace diversity, and possess strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to leverage internal resources and work as a team
