Job Description
The Account Executive - Banking at Celonis is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic banking clients by building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue through complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deepen relationships within a portfolio of strategic banking accounts
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities to drive growth
- Represent Celonis solutions including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Sustainability, and Opportunity Management
- Own revenue targets by closing deals and driving upsell and cross-sell initiatives
- Collaborate with partners, consulting firms, and internal teams to achieve sales objectives
Requirements
- Proven Success in Account Growth with demonstrated ability to expand wallet share, increase adoption, and deliver upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer bases.
- Relationship Management Expertise with a track record of building and maintaining trusted, long-term partnerships with senior decision-makers, including C-suite executives.
- Deep understanding of customer pain points and the ability to align Celonis solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with ease.
- Skilled at working cross-functionally and leveraging internal resources to achieve shared success.
- Experience working with consulting firms and enterprise technology partners to drive joint success.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-growth environment, bringing a creative and positive approach to challenges.
- Confidently present to and engage with senior stakeholders through compelling storytelling and presentations.
