Job Description
The NetSuite Administrator at Canonical is responsible for developing and maintaining business systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce, collaborating with teams to implement processes, and ensuring system compliance to support the company's operations and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop engineering solutions in NetSuite, Salesforce, and other business systems
- Collaborate with colleagues on business specifications, technical designs, and code reviews
- Learn and understand Canonical's business processes
- Coach, mentor, and provide career development feedback based on seniority
- Develop and promote engineering and organizational best practices
Requirements
- Develop engineering solutions in NetSuite, Salesforce, and other business systems.
- Collaborate with colleagues on business specifications, technical designs, and code reviews.
- Learn Canonical business processes.
- Depending on your seniority, coach, mentor, and offer career development feedback.
- Possess an exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.
- Hold an undergraduate degree in a technical subject or have a compelling narrative about an alternative chosen path.
- Demonstrate a track record of going above-and-beyond expectations to achieve outstanding results.
- Have experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or other CRM ERP systems.
- Be proficient in professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
- Be result-oriented, with a personal drive to meet commitments.
- Be able to travel internationally twice a year, for company events up to two weeks long.
