Job Description
This role involves leading architecture project development for transportation facilities, from conceptual design to construction administration, while utilizing various 3-D modeling and rendering software. The position requires collaboration with multi-disciplinary design teams and coordination with engineering consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture project development from conceptual design through construction administration for transportation facilities.
- Perform 3-D modeling and rendering using Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, SketchUp, Enscape, V-Ray, and 3DS Max.
- Prepare architectural presentations for clients and municipalities using Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Lead coordination of engineering systems with engineers and consultants.
- Develop schematic design and design development drawings and models.
- Develop construction documents.
- Conduct materials code research and assist in construction administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field required.
- Must have 4 years experience in leading architecture project development from conceptual design through construction administration for transportation facilities including performing 3-D modeling, rendering using Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, SketchUp, Enscape, V-Ray, 3DS Max.
- Must have experience in preparing architectural presentations for clients municipalities using Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
- Must have experience in leading coordination of engineering systems with engineers consultants.
- Must have experience in developing schematic design, design development drawings, and models.
- Must have experience in developing construction documents.
- Must have experience in conducting materials code research and assisting in construction administration.
