Conduct site visits to verify conditions and document construction for LEED requirements
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree required.
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Environmental Design preferred.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience required.
LEED AP BD+C certification required.
Experience in managing sustainable design strategies for multiple institutional and commercial building design and construction projects.
Ability to manage the documentation process for rating systems and standards, primarily LEED.
Experience guiding the sustainable design process through workshops, design charrettes, stakeholder engagement, etc.
Ability to research materials, systems, and approaches to improve the health and wellness of projects.
Experience performing building energy and life cycle analysis.
Experience with energy analysis software such as eQUEST and Energy Plus preferred.
Experience with life cycle assessment tools such as Tally, One-Click LCA, or Athena preferred.
