Job Description

This role involves leading client relationships, business development, and project teams within the health market, focusing on large-scale Mega Projects and strategic client growth, while embodying the firm's Living-Centered Design philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop long-term relationships with premier clients on large projects and Mega Projects.
  • Manage client engagement from initial visioning through project completion, ensuring successful outcomes and financial performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including securing new net signed fee opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Lead and mentor project teams to deliver high-quality, innovative design solutions.
  • Develop strategic plans to understand client needs and assemble expert teams to execute creative solutions.
  • Collaborate with firm leadership to align business practices with project and financial goals.
  • Mentor and develop emerging professionals, fostering an environment of leadership, collaboration, and innovation.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 15 years of experience in the Health Market, preferably working in the A E I industry, with a proven track record of client and team leadership, successful large project experience and business development success.
  • Must have previous experience in client leadership roles that have been connected to an office, market, or region, with multiple client relationships and large project success.
  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field required.
  • Current Registration Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering preferred.
  • Experience developing new opportunities and building long term relationships with premier clients, both new and existing.
  • Must possess business acumen and proven ability to execute strategy.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Exceptional client and people leadership skills.
  • Professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate and develop high performing accountable teams.
  • Some travel required.
