Job Description
This role involves providing strategic client leadership, business development, and team management within the health market, focusing on building long-term relationships, driving project success, and fostering innovative design solutions aligned with the firm's Living-Centered Design philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client relationships within the health market, ensuring long-term strategic partnerships and successful project outcomes.
- Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities with both new and existing clients to achieve top-line growth targets.
- Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering high-performing, collaborative, and inclusive work environments.
- Develop strategic understanding of client needs and coordinate internal experts to deliver innovative, state-of-the-art design solutions.
- Ensure financial success of projects by managing processes, resources, and aligning with firm business practices and bottom-line goals.
Requirements
- Must have at least 15 years of experience in the Health market with a proven track record of client and team leadership, and business development success.
- Must have previous experience in client leadership roles that have been connected to an office, market, or region with multiple successful client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- Current Registration Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering is preferred.
- Strong business acumen and proven ability to create and execute strategy.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Exceptional client and people leadership skills.
- Professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully.
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgement and a sound approach regarding risk management and mitigation.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing, accountable teams.
- Some travel required.
