Job Description
The role involves providing client leadership and building long-term relationships on large Mega Projects, while also focusing on business development, team leadership, and mentoring within the firm. The position requires a strong background in the Education market and aims to integrate design services to achieve financial success and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client relationships on large Mega Projects.
- Develop new business opportunities with target clients and existing clients.
- Mentor and lead project teams to deliver high-quality service.
- Champion Living-Centered Design in client interactions.
- Participate in marketing activities for strategic pursuits.
- Ensure successful project outcomes and financial performance.
- Collaborate across services to support client needs.
- Achieve personal goal of 4.0M per year in net signed fees.
- Foster a diverse and inclusive team environment.
- Implement business practices to achieve project success.
Requirements
- Must have at least 15 years of experience in the Education market, preferably working in the A E I industry, with a proven track record of client and team leadership, successful large project experience and business development success.
- Must have previous experience in client leadership roles that have been connected to an office, market, or region, with multiple client relationships and large project success.
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field required.
- Current Registration Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering preferred.
- Experience developing new opportunities and building long term relationships with premier clients, both new and existing.
- Must possess business acumen and proven ability to execute strategy.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Strong presentations skills.
- Exceptional client and people leadership skills.
- Professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully.
- Ability to inspire, motivate and develop high performing accountable teams.
- Some travel required.
