Job Description
A full-cycle recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing mid to senior-level healthcare talent within the Architecture, Interior, and Engineering industry, supporting staffing plans and ensuring a positive candidate experience on a fixed-term contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for mid and senior level positions in the AEI industry.
- Manage communication and build relationships with hiring teams and candidates.
- Pre-screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews.
- Build and actively source talent pipelines.
- Conduct background checks to ensure candidate compliance.
- Leverage applicant tracking system tools to automate tasks and enhance candidate experience.
- Provide administrative support and maintain organized recruitment records.
- Develop and maintain relationships within the recruiting team and address scheduling issues.
- Gather recruitment metrics and assist in preparing reports for hiring teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of work experience in recruitment.
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including pre-screening resumes, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, and managing communication with hiring teams and candidates.
- Experience managing mid and senior level positions, supporting talent staffing plans, and building talent pipelines through active sourcing.
- Experience conducting background checks on potential candidates to ensure compliance with company requirements.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, with prior knowledge of Greenhouse ATS preferred.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and talent research methods.
- Ability to organize fluctuating workload by systematically balancing numerous priorities with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Demonstrate strong work ethic and self-accountability with minimal supervision.
