Job Description
This role involves leading a market within CannonDesign by driving business development, client engagement, team leadership, and strategic growth initiatives, with a focus on delivering innovative design solutions and fostering a high-performance, inclusive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead high-performance, diverse teams focused on market growth and client engagement
- Create and implement the Market Business Plan to drive market differentiation and growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve top-line revenue targets
- Lead client relationships at the highest levels and deliver innovative, differentiated design solutions
- Represent the market externally and internally through speaking engagements, writing, and branding activities
- Mentor and develop staff to build a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive team
- Advance strategic initiatives and client pursuit strategies within the market
- Manage the overall financial performance of the market, ensuring profitability targets are met
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- Current Registration Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience with a proven track record of strategic growth, market and team leadership, and business development success in the S T Market.
- Strong presentation skills are essential.
- Exceptional client and people leadership skills are required.
- Professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully are essential.
- Strong business acumen and proven ability to create and execute strategy are needed.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing, accountable teams.
- Must demonstrate sound judgment and a sound approach regarding risk management and mitigation.
- Some travel required.

Salary range of $128,700 to $160,900 annually, with potential for discretionary bonuses
